This obligation survives your use of the Service.

7. Takedown & Removal

We may remove or disable any content at any time, with or without notice, including in response to:

  • IP complaints
  • privacy concerns
  • legal obligations
  • Terms violations

We do not mediate disputes between users.

8. Liability Limitations

The Service is provided "as is" with no warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • we are NOT liable for user actions or user content
  • we are NOT liable for lost data, downtime, or unauthorized access
  • you use the Service at your own risk

9. Modification of Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service means acceptance of the revised Terms.
